 Sponsorship Opportunities with Congress of Gamers
Congress of Gamers runs four conventions each year for board gamers in the DMV, drawing 250-350 gamers to each con. The next four are:
Winter Session, Jan 18-19, 2025, Rockville Senior Center, Rockville, MD
Spring Session, May 3-4, 2025, Rockville Senior Center, Rockville, MD
Cruise Session, Jun 28-Jul 3, 2025, Baltimore to Bermuda
Fall Session, October, 2025, Rockville Senior Center, Rockville, MD

As a small con, CoG has great flexibility in working with sponsors, so please don't be shy about offering a sponsorship proposal. Here are some suggested ways you or your organization could sponsor these cons.

  • Co-marketing – we share each other’s flyers, business cards, etc. FREE!
  • Advertising – your store marketed on our web site, in emails to gamers, and at the con registration desk. $25
  • Vend – Tables for a weekend are $40 each. Exclusive con vending with three tables is $120.
  • Donate - Games (and game trash), cash, labor, or something else to help Congress of Gamers
