This year's Auction starts at 10:30am Saturday morning in the Georgio's room, and features 500 games selected to be worth your time to see, bid, and win. Our awesome auctioneers will inform and entertain bidders. You just pick up a bidding card, then raise it high to enter and remain in any bidding. Just drop your hand when the price gets too high. Winners must immediately pay for any lot they win, and payment must be in cash. Bring plenty! PrezCon's returning dealers may run a tab with deposit and must settle their tab, in cash, at Auction end.

Auction Sellers Info
New this year is a faster and much easier lot submission process.
- Too late for automation? You can still bring and sell your games! Complete the submission form excel sheet and bring to the store on a flash drive. We'll have blank forms at the Friday night ingest, or download and complete in advance, leaving lot number blank.
- You will add the games you would like to sell to this Excel sheet.
- Your submission list MUST have a minimum of five acceptable lots, or the entire list may be rejected. Acceptable games are those with enough value and interest to justify our effort to sell them. Any rejected submissions may be sold in the Play-It-Again Store.
- eMail the completed list to info@emsps.com by February 19! We'll provide TECHNICAL support in any aspect of the submission process, of course, but you may only send one list, one time, with no item adjustments after you submit.
- We'll send you back a PDF file with completed slips (test print this sample) for all approved items, ready to print and attach to your games with painters tape. We'll have plenty of tape at drop off, but sellers with many games generally attach slips in advance, so they can spend more time gaming.
- Games may be dropped off at the Ashlawn Room at any time beween 8pm and 11pm Friday night.
- There's a $1.00 fee for each lot you drop off, payable when you drop it off, whether or not it sells.
- You must immediately collect any unsold games at the end of the Auction. If you don't pick up your unsold games within an hour of the Auction close, they will be moved to storage. If they are still unclaimed by 3pm Sunday, they will be considered donated to PrezCon, with our sincere thanks for supporting us.
In addition to the pre-paid $1.00 listing fee, PrezCon will get 15% of your total sales, rounded up to the nearest $.25. Here are some tips for sellers.
