Auction staff will reject those items which are better suited, and welcomed for sale, in the Play-It-Again-Store. If you add a hyperlink to the BGG listing for each game you offer, any armchair shoppers can more easily research them in advance, which is likely to increase your sales, especially to PrezCon's dealer bidders. To add a link to BGG, copy the URL for the game (highlight and Ctrl-C) then select the cell of your Excel entry for the game name. Press Ctrl-K to open the link option, then Ctrl-V to paste the link. Clearly identifying editions and versions of all items offered will keep bidders from assuming the worst case version/edition and help speed the auction process. You may offer multiple, related items in one lot. When you do this, take special care that components won't become separated during the auction preparation and sales process. A box is generally better than a taped-together mass. If your lot has a large accessory, or perhaps second box of material, attach a slip to it, stating "Part 2 of 2, of lot X" and your name and a note on the main lot stating there are X more items not attached.
