In 2007, TriaDCon and the
Games Club of Maryland are sponsoring a Euro Decathlon. For this event, the 20 most popular Eurogames (based on
rankings at BoardGameGeek.com) and array them in 10 time
slots, two games per time slot to ensure that everyone participating has a choice of games. The overall winner will be determined based on a points system* earned in the 10 events, just like the actual Olympic Decathlon. Games Club of Maryland will present the winner with a plaque.

*For the tournament, 10 points will be awarded for a win, 5 for a second-place finish, 1 per game played, and 1 per player defeated for placing third or lower.
