Winter Game Fest, January, 2016, After Action Report
- Attendance - By all accounts, the Winter Game Fest was a big success with attendees,
who told me they
loved the facility and location. We issued over 300 badges, and had to rent two additional rooms and
overflow parking to accomodate Saturday attendees. No hard stats, but my impression is that
Sunday was about 60% of Saturday attendance.
- Photos! - Here are the photos we have collected so far.
If you took any, please share.
- Vendors -
- Scheduled Open Gaming - Here's the final, user defined schedule.
- Bring & Buy - Bring & Buy was very popular, with over 800 lots for sale, plus hundreds of
of $1 an item gaming donations. 197 games were sold, with gross sales over $3,000. Big thanks from GCOM to
the volunteers who helped with the B&B. Here are the final results.
- Math Trade - Eric Sokolowsky conducted another successful math trade. There
were 409 items offered by 38 traders with 70 items successfully trading.

- Donations - Donations made at the snack bar by attendees provided an additional $21.73 towards con expenses.
- Games Library - Games Libraries from GCOM and Congress of Gamers
were very popular with attendees. None(?) got lost!
Here are the recorded library play numbers. Unfortuantely, only a very few games borrowed were actually recorded.
