Experience:

Mr. Engelmann has 21 years experience in systems engineering, computer programming, data communications, technical training, consulting, and technology business management, with a recent focus on Internet publishing and knowledge management. His training experience includes diverse courses for computer professionals and professional users, including operating systems support, PC hardware, PC memory management, analog and digital electronics design, calculus, matrix algebra, local area networks, information security, CD-ROM production, data communications, and many Internet related courses.

Recent experience:

Developed digital media capabilities for the World Bank's Africa Region, including streaming media, Real servers, encoding workstations, digital video editing stations, etc.
Designed and implemented web servers for the World Bank. Led the World Bank's Web Standards Group.
Developed and maintained EMS's company web site at http://www.emsps.com
Designed and produced Web CD-ROMs for the World Bank's 28 Africa region field offices.
Co-authored the books "McGraw Hill Internet Training Manual," and "Building and Managing the Corporate Intranet." Also authored books on Visual Basic, MS-Access, and AutoCAD for Advice Press.

Designed and delivered Internet courses for the World Bank, EMS Consulting, CPSI, and Naclerio Associates, including: Practical HTML Publishing, Professional HTML Publishing, Internet Publishing, Internet Assistant, Internet Applications, Advanced Netscape, Intro Internet, Advanced Internet Mail, Advanced Web Publishing I & II, Advanced Web Design seminars, WinVN, Web Publishing with Office97, and Internet MultiMedia.

Mr. Engelmann has broad experience with a wide variety of PC and other software since 1982. He has 10 years experience as a professional programmer.

Hardware experience:

Mr. Engelmann has completed graduate courses in computer design, worked on a variety of computer/datacomm system designs for various US Department of Defense projects, and is expert with current office technology hardware.
